| 1. If I want to customize, what styles are available? The Styles that are available are Clusters, Balance, and Spiral. All earrings are available with sterling silver and/or gold fill accents. 2. If I want a set, what are my options? Pendants are available for all earring designs. Be sure and check out "Sets" store category but if you do not see what you want in a set, then please contact Brian through the Contact Us page. 3. Do you sell chains to go with the Pendants? Chains are sold separately in lengths of 16, 18, or 20 inch lengths. 16 inch-$22 18 inch-$25 20 inch-$28 4. Can I have a gold earwire instead of sterling silver earwire? All earwires are originally sterling silver but gold earwires are available. Also gold fill wire can be substituted in any design. The extra cost is $10 per pair. 5. Are any of the necklaces available in any other colors? The Geometry Necklace and the Trio Necklace are available in all colors that are used in the earrings. 6. What other styles do you have in the Bracelets? Bracelets are available in all beads and Czech Republic glass. Small, Medium, and Large wrist sizes available. 7. What is your Shipping charge and how do you ship? We ship through the US Postal Service and charge $5 per order. 8. What is your Return Policy? Up to 30 days is a full refund. After 30 days and before 60 days is a store credit. There are no refunds after 60 days. |
